Eric Menzel, Executive Director

Eric is the driving force behind Share Space, bringing over ten years of experience in management and engineering. Eric has helped build Share Space with a solid team and expertise in critical area's needed for successful operations and growth.

Randy Peale, President

Randy has been a key investor with a number of startup Companies. These startups include a manufacturing company of premium hand rolled cigars, a computer related health site for the reduction of stress and calming of Autistic children, and a design company for woman’s high end fashion jeans and accessories.

Anthony Castrilli, General Counsel

A renowned litigator, and having run SelectLaw.com for 2 years, Tony brings valuable advice and guidance to the Share Space team in all business and legal matters.

James Orr, Consulting Director

Jim is the President of Aspen Holdings and Castlerock Investments, companies that specialize in commercial, office and industrial properties. To-date, they own, or have developed, over 1 Million square feet of industrial, commercial and office space. Prior to entering the real estate field as a principal, Jim spent six years with Bank of America, where he was a Vice-President in charge of the bank’s Urban Appraisal Section, supervising the work of 112 appraisers in Southern California.

Aneal Basi, Advisor

Aneal has worked on mergers and acquisitions, national to international consulting and medium to large size business development. His experience and skill set are a strong asset to Share Space when reaching future goals. Aneal is activily involved in the management of Share Space's product and business Development.

Rob Cherry, Advisor

With over 35 years of experience in law and recuiting, Rob is responsible for connecting Share Space with valued team members, investors, and advisors.

Lee Essner, Advisor

Lee is a valued mentor and advisor to Share Space and its Board of Directors. As a former executive at Weddingchannel.com for 6 years, Lee ran several of the Company’s primary businesses and was involved in numerous rounds of financing, as well as a successful sale of the Company for $86M.

Cliff Hannel, Advisor

Cliff has leveraged his combination of technical knowledge with communication, marketing and business skills to drive a wide range product development, acquisitions, divestitures, sales and marketing efforts. As the VP of Acquisitions, Strategy and Engineering at Ixia (NASDAQ:XXIA), a network performance testing company, he was personally part of the pre- and post-IPO executive team.

David Kane, Advisor

David brings many years of high level financial management experience to Share Space as the former CFO of GreatDomains.com (aquired for >$50MM) and various public and private companies, including American icons such as National Lampoon and Reeds Soda.
